Do I get any sort of guarantee?

Absolutely. All of our service is guaranteed for 7 days. We follow up every single service call with a telephone survey in order to ensure that the work is completed to your satisfaction and we will return for free, if the problem arises again, within the 7 days. However, if the problem has arisen again because you have not followed the advice of the engineer at the time of the visit, then this may be subject to a new charge.

No Fix ? No Fee, what does this mean?

If we are not able to fix your problem or at least, diagnose what is at fault then there will be no charge for the call out. For example, if you have a problem with the internet connection but we find that it is because you have a faulty router or disconnected broadband service then we will still charge you, if however, we cannot find out why your internet is not working, then we will not charge you.

Can you do websites too?

Whilst we are not a dedicated web design business, we are able to arrange registration and hosting and simple development and design for your website. This would also include email management. We are able to update your website with your latest company news and offers, including hosting for a small monthly fee. Our packages are perfect for small businesses.

Will my on-line card payment be secure?

We use a secure payment provider called paypal. You can rest assured that payments made through our paypal portal will be secure and encrypted. You can even pay using your paypal account if you prefer.
