Our charges are simple and straight forward. We will visit your home for a fixed price which gives you up to one hour of our engineers time.
Whether you need a fault fixing, set up and configuration of your system, wireless or printer connection, help with your broadband and security settings or simply tuition on using your PC, our charge is the same.

MAC customers - please note that there is an additonal charge of £10 per hour and, unfortunately we are unable to cover every location.
Most problems can usually be fixed within the first hour. You can even choose to limit the time on site so you know what you are paying.
And remember our price guarantee, If we cannot fix your problem or at least advise you of what is wrong, a full refund will be given.
NO FIX - NO FEE
Furthermore, we will come back to you FREE OF CHARGE if the problem returns within 7 days. As long as you have followed our advice in how to avoid further problems.
